Time constraints and personel

Time constraint means how much time you have to complete a task and the factors you have to fight against to complete it. e.g. a deadline
(biggest one), interim deadline

personel are the people needed to complete a project. you may face problems like timings available for actors and cast and what times are suitable for them

Time Constraints:

• Final deadlines
• Interim deadlines
• Availability of people
• Availability of equipment
• Days/Hours that people can work
• Relying on volunteers 
• Holiday/Seasonal issues

Personnel:

• skills
• number of people 
• experience of personnel
• audit of knowledge
• some may need to be provided with training (e..g. sound technician)
